No Exit

For eternity, three deceased people are punished by being locked together into a room. They are not necessarily wholly virtuous or wholly immoral. In the process of making each other’s lives unbearable, their exchanges often reveal Sartre's biting sense of humor. This is the source of his especially famous quotation, “Hell is other people.”
